WW3 RADAR ("we", "us", "the Service") is an independent public open-source intelligence (OSINT) visualisation service operated by Lukasz Dziegiecki ("the Operator") trading from the United Kingdom. We aggregate publicly broadcast data — AIS ship transponders, ADS-B aircraft signals, NASA FIRMS satellite thermal detections, and publicly available news feeds — into a visual dashboard.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
The Service provides access to a live dashboard displaying aggregated public data. Access tiers:
Free (Public Board): Access to the live YouTube broadcast. No payment required.
Embed Widget (paid subscription): A JavaScript embed widget for display on your own website, subject to fair-use traffic limits stated at point of purchase.
API / Alerts (paid subscription): Programmatic REST API and webhook access to aggregated data feeds, subject to monthly call limits stated at point of purchase.
ALL DATA DISPLAYED BY THE SERVICE IS:
(a) sourced from third-party public feeds and may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed or unavailable;
(b) explicitly delayed from real-time observation by configurable intervals;
(c) not independently verified by us;
(d) not intended for operational, navigational, safety, military, emergency or commercial
decision-making use;
(e) subject to change or discontinuation without notice.
We do not claim affiliation with, endorsement by, or access to any government, military, intelligence or emergency-services organisation. The Service is for information and entertainment purposes only.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Paddle.com. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices are stated in GBP and may be adjusted with 30 days' notice.
You agree NOT to:
(a) use the Service for any operational, navigational, military, safety or emergency purpose;
(b) resell, sublicense or redistribute raw data outputs without a separate written agreement;
(c) present the Service's output as authoritative, official or operationally safe;
(d) use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from use of or reliance on the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
